◆ Material : PA A3WGM35 (PA66 GF25M15)is a reinforcement material consisting of 25% glass fiber and 15% mineral filler (with a total filling of 40%), featuring high rigidity, dimensional stability, high temperature resistance, and low moisture absorption. It is suitable for harsh working conditions such as engine compartments and electrical enclosures.

◆ Characteristics : Ultra high rigidity and strength: Glass fiber+mineral composite reinforcement, with significantly higher modulus and strength than pure PA66. Excellent dimensional stability: low moisture absorption, low thermal expansion, injection molded parts are not easily warped or deformed, suitable for precision assembly. Excellent thermal stability: It does not become brittle or deform after long-term use at high temperatures, and can withstand continuous working conditions of 140-160 ℃. Good surface finish: Mineral filling improves appearance and is suitable for exterior parts. Oil resistant and chemical resistant: suitable for automotive and industrial oil environments.

◆ Purpose : Automotive field: engine hood, air intake pipe, throttle body, sensor housing, cooling fan components. Electrical and electronic: connectors, circuit breaker housings, coil frames, motor end caps, high-voltage junction boxes. Industrial machinery: gears, bearing cages, pump bodies, valve components.
